- I have worked primarily with Office clients since beginning my commercial real estate career in 2/07. My engagements have included tenant rep leasing as well as sale/lease Iisting activities with both local and national clients.
- Prior to joining CBC Atlantic, I acquired extensive business and management experience gained through 2 career stops:
- First, was 31 years with IBM in a variety of sales, marketing training and sales management assignments. These assignments included Fortune 500 accounts in finance, manufacturing and process industries, as well as new accounts/small business operations. Industry experience also includes motor freight, telecommunications, health care, printing/publishing, media, higher education, federal, state and local government clients. My industry education included IBM Client Executive Education Program-Harvard, IBM Finance Industry Banking School-Wharton, and IBM Health Internship-Parkland Hospital Dallas. I retired from IBM 4/99.
- Second, I served as president of a technology start up company, Silas Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wachovia Corp., from 4/99-8/03. The operation included a Business Process Consulting practice and development, sales and support for 2 software products. Our clients were broad based and included U.S. Patent Office, Merck Pharmaceutical, Bank of NY, First Citizens, Blue Cross of SC.
Primary Specialty Office – Sales and leasing with emphasis on Tenant Representation. Focused on serving medical office users, Boeing supplier related users, SPAWAR contractors, CURI wind turbine test facility businesses and energy efficient properties.
Secondary Specialty Industrial – Focused on Boeing supplier, Clemson University Restoration Institute wind turbine test facility businesses and Charleston Port related mfg/distribution business requirements.
